Jobe Edge Slalom Skis
The Edge features the Hybrid Concave design which transitions into a full edge to edge concave. This design helps the ski generate a smooth consistent edge change, whilst being able to maintain incredible angle through the wakes. The lightweight PVC core and carbon graphite construction gives this ski incredible acceleration and speed, allowing the athlete to be wide and early for next turn buoy. The contoured deck incorporates many high performance characteristics into the ski and allows variable flex patterns through the ski. This rocker design provides 4 specific flat spots to enable the ski to perform during the various phases of the slalom course, deceleration, pre turn, hook up and acceleration. This allows the ski to have fast acceleration while still having great turning characteristics.
This concave is developed to generate a true edge holding capability whilst still maintaining real control.
