We ship Australia wide although occasionally rates fail to show at the checkout. Just contact us and we will put the order through for you.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?

In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will reach out to you within 24 hours to advise of an ETA. You may choose to wait for the product to come into stock or request a full refund.

My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?

This can happen from time to time and it may be that the rest of your order is near by and on it's way.  You can contact the courier for an update or alternatively you can contact us.

To reduce the cost of shipping, our products are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses. This means when ordering multiple products, they may be shipped to you in multiple packages and arrive on separate days.

I can't find where to enter the discount code

If you are ordering from a mobile, just head to the cart and click 'order summary' at the top and the box will drop down.  If you are on any other device, you may need to start the checkout process from the beginning.  Just contact us if you're still having issues.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

We are an online only retailer and do not have a physical store. Reach out if you have any queries about our products. We may have additional images or videos to help with showcasing the item.

Zippay allows you to purchase the product now and pay later...interest free!

There is air leaking from the SUP valve

This is usually due to one of the below reasons:

1) The valve may simply need to be tightened. You can do this with the spanner tool that come with the SUP.

2) The drop-stitch threads may be sandwiched between the valve and the valve nut inside the board. Using the spanner tool, unscrew the valve and ensure that all threads are pushed down behind the valve. You may need to retrieve the valve from behind the threads. Screw the valve back on tightly using the spanner.

I am having problems inflating the floor of the Chinook kayak

The new 2021 chinook uses a Boston valve on the side tubes, and a "Small Boston" valve on the floor. We use this smaller floor valve so as to keep the floors thin, which affects the handling of the boat. However,it’s recently been pointed out that the smaller valve is not ideal. Because the "Small Boston" adapter is not common, we have included 2 with each boat. The 25mm bayonet adapters should be found packaged with the repair kit. This is the correct adapter for the small Boston valve, but it needs to be inserted firmly.

There are creases on the kayak, is this normal?

Some kayaks may present with creases. These are fold lines and do not affect the longevity or functionality of the kayaks. They affect the top 0.02mm of the material and tend to fade out with exposure to the sun and with use.

Can I use a compressor or bike pump on the SUP's or Kayaks?

Sorry but these types of pumps are not compatible. The dual action hand pumps or 12V pumps are the best options.
