We ship Australia wide although occasionally rates fail to show at the checkout. Just contact us and we will put the order through for you.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?
In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will reach out to you within 24 hours to advise of an ETA. You may choose to wait for the product to come into stock or request a full refund.
My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?
This can happen from time to time and it may be that the rest of your order is near by and on it's way. You can contact the courier for an update or alternatively you can contact us.
To reduce the cost of shipping, our products are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses. This means when ordering multiple products, they may be shipped to you in multiple packages and arrive on separate days.
I haven't received my order within 11 days
We estimate that orders will take 3-11 days for delivery so if you haven't received your order with in this time frame please don't hesitate to contact us. River to Ocean Adventures branded products (very few) have a 2-6 week delivery time frame and tracking information is not always available for these products.
I can't find where to enter the discount code
If you are ordering from a mobile, just click 'order summary' at the top and the box will drop down. If you are on any other device, you may need to start the checkout process from the beginning. Just contact us if you're still having issues.
Do you have a store that I can visit?
We are an online only retailer and do not have a physical store.
How long is delivery?
Delivery time frames depend on location but typically takes 3-5 business days.
If you have ordered multiple items and from different brands, your order may arrive on different days. Some Free gifts may take longer to arrive (1-5 weeks)
What payment method can I use?
We accept a variety of payment methods including, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Zippay.
Zippay allows you to purchase the product now and pay later...interest free!
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and ensure you note any damages or missing items. Please notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods via email at email@example.com.
Please provide photos indicating the damage to the item as well as a description of the damage. Once we receive this information, we will aim to resolve the issue ASAP.
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced at no charge.
