The Kaos features a unique inflatable dome that allows users to climb, bounce, slide, splash, or lounge. This aquapark piece is a great alternative to a conventional trampoline.
The Kaos can be used as a stand-alone item, or connected to any aquapark using the 5 D-Ring Interloc system on all 8 sides combined with our secure Vario-Lock cinch strap system.

Our shipping time frame is typically 3-6 working days although we ask to allow 14 days for shipping matters which are out of our control & also for Aqua Marina branded items.
Most of our free gifts will arrive separately to your order and may take 5-7 weeks to arrive.
Delivery of Aqua Marina branded items is currently aprox 14 days from date of ordering. If you live in a rural area then delivery may take a little longer. Tracking information for these items is usually received after 1 week.
All international orders for Aqua Marina products incur a $29 shipping charge for orders under $230. For orders over $230 the shipping cost is $49.

If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail ASAP. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within two business days from the date of your order. Aqua Marina branded products may take up to 7 days to dispatch. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when completing your order.
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order with in the time frame stated. We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the goods at info@rivertooceanadventures.com.au. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will contact you with the next steps.
In the event of a change of mind you will need to contact us and have your item/s returned to us strictly within 30 days from the date of ordering. If you had a pre order your item, the 30 days will not commence until dispatch for this item.
We will not refund any shipping charges, you the customer will incur the cost of the return and the original postage. The original shipping costs will be quoted to you and you will be refunded minus all postage costs. You may also incur a 10% restocking fee depending on brand.
If you have any concerns, please reach out to us and we will advise the postage cost prior to you placing an order.
Should the returning item have been purchased as a package with other items, these items will then be classed as separate purchases and charged at full price.
Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories, in a re-salable condition.
In the unfortunate and rare event of your product having a defect, a warranty claim will need to be placed. A replacement part will then be shipped out to you free of charge. We do not offer refunds for defects that can be resolved through warranty. Please contact us via email with regards to your claim.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
In the event of a change of mind when the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods. If the Goods have already left the warehouse then you will incur the shipping costs for both to and from your delivery address.
